- Buyer must open and inspect hood before signing for the delivery.
Returns
We do recommend that all buyer need to inspect all their order(s) upon receipt, no refunds are available unless the item is damage or defective.

*Return shipping to be paid by the buyer.
*Any item that is approved for return must be brand new condition, which means that the item has not been installed and it needs to be kept in the original packaging. Otherwise there will be a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
Lost or Damage
If your hood shows up damaged and you already signed for it. You must reach out to us immediately. The carrier will generally not cover this, even though we insure them. We will do the best we can to get you covered.
