Jaguar XJR 18\" Penta Aluminum Wheels, Rims XJ8 Sport XJ X308 X300 XJ40 For Sale - New and Used

Up for sell is a set of 4 Jaguar aluminum \"Penta\" 18\" wheels removed from a 1999 Jaguar XJR. This is a rare and highly sought-after set of wheels and is in overall good condition. These were used exclusively on the XJR and XJ Sport, but should fit any X308, X300, XJ40, or other bodystyle XJ6/XJ8/Vanden Plas/XJR/etc. Jaguar, but please do your own research prior to purchasing to confirm fitment on your vehicle.These wheels are in overall good condition, but as can be expected with wheels removed from a 1999 model vehicle, they are not perfect. They do have curb rash and other minor damage (2 of them are worse than the other 2). Also, 2 of the wheels are slightly bent on the back side, but this does not seem to affect their functionality as their tires still hold air. Please zoom in and carefully examine each picture to get a better idea of what I\'m talking about. Obviously, you can see the problem areas up close, but from a few feet away or farther, like most people will be seeing these on your vehicle, this shouldn\'t be something that stands out. Center caps are included. Tires are also included, but in my honest opinion, are not of great value. Wheels could also probably benefit from a good cleaning. Also, the stampings on the inside of 2 of the wheels are different than the other 2, and the part numbers are slightly different: MNC6118AA on 2, MNH6118AA on the other 2. Possibly 2 of the wheels may have been replaced at some point.The tires are NOT a matching set, and most/all of them have low tread, although they were all holding air when removed from the 1999 XJR. My price reflects a set of these Penta wheels WITHOUT tires, so you\'re getting the tires free if you want them. Obviously, if you\'re picking up these wheels in person, it shouldn\'t be a big deal- you can keep the tires and use them for a short time or replace them immediately, or whatever you feel is the best option for you. However, if you\'re too far away to do a local pickup and need these wheels shipped to you, you may want to consider removing the tires to save on shipping weight, as that may be more economical in the end. I can check with some local shops that can safely remove low-profile tires from aluminum wheels and give you a quote (probably about $5/tire, but I could be wrong) to have the tires removed from the wheels prior to shipping. However, as I said, the tires ARE included with the sale, and if you want them, they\'re yours. It\'s just up to you and your preferences.Wheels are being sold as a local pickup only, but I will work with a serious buyer to arrange shipping at the buyer\'s expense. If I\'m going to be shipping the wheels, please allow me several days to prepare and pack them. I try my best to carefully pack wheels, and when dealing with a full set of 4 large, heavy wheels, it can be time consuming to get everything ready to go.
