We aim to dispatch your order within 2 days of receiving payment and to deliver most orders within 5 working days of receiving payment. We ask for your understanding if there are delays during major weather events and peak shipping periods.
Limited availability items, Stealthbox® products, custom items and physically large items may take longer to deliver. These product listings may contain additional information on delivery.
We ship anywhere in the USA. Your order will be shipped using either USPS or Ground shipping.
Before returning an item, please contact us to see if we can help you resolve any issue you may have with the product.
If you would like to return an item, please send us a message through and we will respond with the return address and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for you to include on your return package.
When returning products, you are responsible to ensure that we receive the products in new condition and without missing parts. You also accept responsibility for any damage that occurs in transit back to us. Therefore, when you are returning a product to us, we recommend that you insure your shipment and acquire a tracking number. This is for your protection.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the products to us or for the use of the collection service, unless the product is defective. A product is considered defective if one or more of these conditions apply:
(a) it has been sent to you incorrectly due to our error;
(b) it arrives damaged; or
(c) it does not conform to our description of the product on this site.
Note that product descriptions and product specifications are provided by both JL Audio and by . JL Audio cannot be held accountable for damage due to inaccurate information automatically provided by . Additionally, any damage caused to the product once it is in your possession does not make the product defective and is beyond our responsibility.
Defective products should be returned to the return address we provide as soon as possible, and in any event, within 30 days of delivery.
In particular, please note that any items returned, which you claim to be faulty or incomplete, are checked and verified by our technicians. Any returned items that are found not to be faulty or incomplete will be returned to you and we shall be entitled to charge you for the return shipment costs via your original payment method. In the event that we do not receive complete payment we will hold the item(s) until full payment has been made for the return carriage.
Any items that you return to us are at your own risk, therefore we strongly advise all our customers to take reasonable care when returning any items to us for example, by ensuring the goods are correctly addressed, adequately packaged, and carried by a reputable carrier.
We will process your refund through PayPal within 10 days of receiving the goods.

Component Speakers & Coaxials: 1 year from date of purchase

Connection Products: 2 years from date of purchase

If you have a problem with a product, please contact us and we will try to help (please do not return the item to us without requesting assistance).
The following is not covered under JL Audio\'s warranty program:
1. Product with defaced, altered or removed serial numbers (no valid, legible serial number = no warranty).
2. Product owned by anyone other than the original purchaser from an authorized JL Audio dealer or internet retailer. (The warranty is not transferable and will not apply to products purchased from unauthorized dealers.)
3. Product that has been physically abused (run over by a car or beat with a hammer, for example).
4. Product that has not been installed according to the instructions in the owner\'s manual
5. Product in which repair and/or modification has been attempted by unauthorized parties
6. Product damaged cosmetically due to improper handling or normal wear and tear
7. Product damaged in an accident, due to criminal activity (attempted theft, gunshot damage, etc.) or by \'acts of God\' (flooding, lightning, locusts, etc.)
8. Custom finishes or other cosmetic treatments applied to products. (JL Audio will not be responsible for restoring or maintaining any custom finishes)
9. Installation and shipping costs associated with removing, re-installing or shipping the product to JL Audio for warranty service
