If you do not make a note of this on the waybill, Used JDM Engine will NOT be held responsible for any damages during shipment.

• Contact us for an RMA (Return Material Authorization) #. Returns without a RMA # will not be accepted.
• Return the product to us with the original packaging and a copy of the original receipt to the address given to you by the customer service representative. We\'ll usually give you the address to the warehouse nearest you.
• Any returns arriving to our warehouse without a RA number will be refused. Also, include the invoice with your returned package.
• Item must be in the same condition it was sold and fully assembled. We must receive all of the parts that were included in the sale for the warranty to be valid. (THE RETURNED ITEM MUST MATCH THE ORIGINAL PICTURES)
