Application Instructions:
1) Clean the area of application with a damp clean cloth. By removing dirt, dust and grease a better adhesion of the decal can be ensured.
2) Peel the decal off of its backing (Wax paper).
3) Place the adhesive side of decal on the surface.
4) Smooth it over with your hand and fingers by applying firm pressure.
We accept payments through PayPal (Credit card, eCheck, Debit). A Paypal account is not required. You can securely pay as a guest on Paypal, using your credit card.
Payments need to be made within 72 hrs of purchase. If you change your mind, it is absolutely fine. However, we request that you please let us know at your earliestconvenience, so that we can initiate the cancellation process.
We ship our decals on the same or next business day following the purchase (Monday - Friday). Orders placed after 12 Pm EST on Friday,or on Sunday and Saturday, will be shipped on the following Monday.
In order to keep the shipping fees low for our customers, we ship our decals using the Canada Post Letter Mail Service. This has proven to be the most reliable and the fastest shipping option, while being very affordable. Unfortunately, tracking information is not available for this option.

Please make certain that your shipping address is correct, the most recent and that it is complete, before making the purchase.
Reshipping fee may be applied in the event the item is returned to us by the postal service for any reason. Also, if the buyer does not receive the item due to incorrect / incomplete address, a refund will not be issued.

You can purchase as many decals as you would like and only pay one shipping fee (the highest fee will be the one applicable). Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you are unhappy with your decal, you can return it (within 14 days of receiving it) and we will give you credit to put towards another purchase OR refund the purchase price of the decal (Shipping costs are non refundable).
