ITM\'s Uni-Sensor is the ultimate Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensor (TPMS) and one of the first programmable solutions designed to be Ultimate O.E sensor replacement for United States and Canadan market.

Shipping
- We ship orders either via Fedex, GLS-US (West Coast orders), or LTL Freight (for large or bulkyshipments). Handling time for shipment on orders will be between 1-3 business daysdepending on availability in our warehouse. Most items should arrive before or on the dateshown in the listing and the confirmation email you get from . Those estimates are subject to change due to unforeseen carrier delays such as the holiday rush, staffing issues, or weather or natural disaster events.
- Tracking numbers are uploaded to as shipping labels are created. Once uploaded you willreceive an email from with all tracking information. Depending on the size, tires maybe strapped together and wheels may be double boxed so that two wheel boxes will be in oneshipping box.
- Due to buyer protection agreements all orders over $750 in total value will be shippedwith signature required at the time of delivery.
- We can only ship to the address provided by when we receive your order. If you have adifferent address you want used be sure to make this change at time of check-out. Again, wecan not change the shipping address once we receive the order.
Shipping Damages, Items Missing
If your shipment has arrived damaged or is missing:
- Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery! All shipping companies require notificationwithin 48 hours of receipt to report damage or loss.
- Delivery carriers will not accept any claims for damage or loss after 48 hours.
- It is extremely important to save all packaging material for inspection by theshipping carrier. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged merchandise to return toPerformance Plus Tire.
Again, if your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us within 24-hours of delivery toreport the damage so that we can work with the shipping carrier and begin working on areshipment.

RETURNS
- We will gladly accept returns! We must be notified of any return requests within 30 days ofreceipt of your shipment. We can not accept any returns after 30 days.
- If we have made an error in what was shipped to you, we will provide pre-paid shipping labels.Once the product has been returned to Fedex we will either re-ship or refund your product.
- Your return request should be done in . Go to \"My \" and select \"Return this item\" tobegin the return process. We will review your request and respond within 24 hours, Monday -Friday.
- All Shipping charges for the returned shipment are the responsibility of the buyer. We suggestshipping large and bulky items via Fedex or UPS. You should insure all shipments for damage orloss.
- Items returned that have been mounted, installed, used and/or altered in any way are subject toto a 50% restocking fee as these products cannot be sold as new.
- All products returned must be in their original packaging and packed to avoid further damage. Wesuggest double boxing wheels to add additional protection. If the items returned are damaged nocredit will be issued. We strongly suggest insuring the shipment for loss and/or damage.

Performance Plus Tire & Automotive makes every effort to assure that its products meet highquality and durability standards, and warrants to the original purchaser that the product isfree from defects in materials and workmanship for the period of 30 days beginning on the dateof purchase.
This warranty does not apply to damage due directly or indirectly to the followingdisqualifying conditions:
- Puncture to a tire
- Injuries to the sidewall or tread of a tire that do not penetrate the carcass
- Running a tire under-inflated or flat
- Tire Shoulder wear that\'s commonly caused by under-inflation, hard cornering oralignment issues.Uneven wear due to mechanical issues, which can include: feathered tread rim edges,cupping, diagonal wear, misalignment, worn or loose bearings
- Failed or improper tire repair
- Ozone cracking to the tire(s)
- Bead damage or improper mounting of a tire or wheel
The above list includes a few of the general specific items that could cause issues. Sometire manufacturers have a road hazard warranty on some of their tires. For additional information on warranties, please refer to the manufacturer website for the specific tire or wheel brand.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequentialdamages, so the above limitation of exclusion may not apply to you. THIS WARRANTY ISEXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIESOF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS.
To take advantage of this warranty, the product or part can be either returned to anauthorized dealer for the product brand or returned to our store. The product(s) must bereturned to us with transportation charges prepaid. Proof of purchase (e.g. in-storereceipt or packing slip/invoice), date and an explanation of the complaint mustaccompany the merchandise.
If our inspection verifies the defect, we will replace the product at our election or wemay elect to refund the purchase price if we cannot readily and quickly provide you witha replacement. We will return repaired products at our expense, however if we determinethere is no defect, or that the defect resulted from causes not within the scope of ourwarranty, then you must bear the cost of returning the product.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights whichvary from state to state.
