We understand that from time to time the need to return and/or exchange an item may occur; the following policy is in place to provide consumers with that option, it also protects us against frivolous claims.No exchanges or returns will be accepted in violation of this policy or without an RMA code, which you should contact us to receive. Exchanges for defective items or items damaged in shipment:
We will exchange at no cost to you any defective item during the warranty period or products damaged in shipping if and only if we are notified within 24 hours of delivery.
Voluntary Exchanges and Returns:
Except for defective products or products damaged in shipment, all returned or exchanged items must be in \"NEW\" condition. New condition means never used, never installed, in-box condition, with the internal and external packaging of the brake pad.
We will exchange an item that is NOT defective or damaged in shipment only if the item is in “NEW” condition. You will be responsible for all shipping costs, plus a $5 handling fee if we arrange for the shipping. If the item exchanged for has a higher price than the product being exchanged, you must also pay the difference in price before we ship the item.
If you return an item that is neither defective nor damaged in shipment, the item must be in “NEW” condition. The purchase price of the item will be refunded, less a 25% restocking fee and $6 to cover shipping. We will not be responsible for any shipping charges incurred in returning the items back to us.

All items are shipped to the address provided by . We cannot ship to any other address.
Free shipping service is included with your purchase to all 50 states and all US Protectorates. Items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail FOB Southern California, and fright time generally take anywhere between 1 to 5 business days depending on your zip code. Next day shipping will be processed before 11:00 PM PST, all orders placed after 4:00 PM PST will be processed the next day.
We will be able to ship to APO via USPS. All international orders will be shipped via s Global Shipping Program. Items shipped internationally will NOT be marked as sample or gift, taxes and duties are not included and responsible by the buyer.
