Item Description
This ad is for a Powerhouse Uprated Solid supercharger Coupler/Isolator for the Eaton TVS R1900 supercharger to suit the vehicle below. This isolator is made to our specification, quality machined with perfectly aligned and snug pin holes unlike some aftermarket brands. Made from a pre-lubricated oil filled nylon replacing the OE spring coupler that is renowned for failing. Where you see our logo you can be sure of quality.

Coupler/Isolator Failures:
The coupler/isolator connects the snout drive to the rotors inside and is usually of a sprung type. On the TVS series superchargers we are seeing alot of failures mainly caused by wear to the snout shaft as seen in our images. When these fail in most cases a rattle from the supercharger is heard, in total failure you will lose power and drive to the supercharger. If you try to replace the coupler with a factory sprung type you may find you also need to purchase a new shaft and drive hub due to the wear. With our solid coupler shaft wear is of no concern anymore so won\'t need replacing.
If you are experiencing these symptoms it could be your coupler but in some cases you may find it is wear in the supercharger bearings. We always advise inspecting the isolator thoroughly, common failures are broken springs and cracked plastic. Look carefully as hairline cracks will open up when in service, this also applies to ageing solid couplers. If on inspection you can\'t find any failure you may wish to refurb the bearings with one of our bearing kits or take advantage of our rebuild services.

Payment
We accept payment by PayPal on transactions.
If you do not have a PayPal account,please contact us directly for payment by bank transfer or credit/debit card.
Dispatch: If you order and pay before 2pm UK time, we will usually be able to ship your goods same day. Weekend orders (2pm Friday onwards) cannot be processed until Monday.
Delivery Estimates: We always post items without delay, but PLEASE be aware that publishes delivery dates which are estimates based on target performance by the mail services. Those dates are NOT guarantees, they are \'best possible\', and actual times can be much slower.
UK Customers: UK 2nd class small packet post can take a week. If you need your item fast, please select 1st class post or Special Delivery.
Overseas Customers: Irrespective of estimated delivery dates, international post can take up to 3 weeks depending on how quickly items are processed when they arrive in your country. We have no control over this, so please try to accept that we are not responsible for slow post.
In particular, mail to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Italy, Spain and Portugal may take just one week, but more often takes 3 weeks or more.
Overseas Tracking: Standard economy airmail from the UK is not a tracked service. If you require tracking, please select the additional cost services at checkout.
Returns
We accept returns up to one calendar month after you ordered, even if you have just changed your mind or ordered in error, but unless there is something wrong with the item, you need to pay the return postage cost.
If we have sent an incorrect or faulty item, we will of course cover reasonable return post expense.

We recommend you have items fitted by a qualified professional mechanic, and cannot be held responsible for faults which result from incorrect fitting and assembly.
