Clutch master cylinder pushrod bushing eliminator \"Heim Joint Mod\" for all 1988 to 1997 model year Ford F-Series equipped with the ZF 5 speed manual transmission (S5-42, S5-47). Replaces and permanently eliminates the pushrod bushing (Ford p/n E69Z-7526-A). This plastic bushing is the root cause of many, if not most clutch pedal issues for 1988 to 1997 model year trucks. The bushing wears and/or breaks and allows excessive movement between the clutch master cylinder pushrod eye and clutch pedal swing arm linkage (see image 4). This translates into difficult gear engagements, rough shifting, gear grinding, and excessive transmission wear. Kit includes rod end, full color step-by-step installation guide, and all necessary hardware to complete the installation. Basic hand tools are all that is required to perform this modification.
