Those of us who have swappedour bars know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that wiring the new bars can be adaunting task. This is what we set out to fix...and we did it! We are able to provideyou with a solution that literally eliminates the headache....We were able tohave our twist grip sensor pulled in 10 mins, here's the key, WITHOUT removing the plug on the Twist Grip Sensor...That is no exaggeration! Once this is done all that is left is to swap yourhydraulics and you are done! We all know what the dealer charges to do this,with that said any experienced tech for that matter, and we’re EXTREMELY confident that we can save you $$$!!! Who doesn’t wanna save $$$? Handlebar Description:
Our bars arecarefully designed to provide natural, relaxed grip angles combined withoptimal pullback comfort. We have engineered them to be direct bolt-onreplacements for stock equipment. No slag inside the bar tubes makesinstallation easy. Laser cut, fully TIG welded, beveled & de-burred for internal wire pulling, and polished to a show their quality finish!
All of our Handlebars are hand-made employing a multi-stepmanufacturing process using the finest materials. Tube diameter is 1.25”stepped down to 1” for stock/conventional controls. Both grips have 0.5”x 2” slots laser cut for internal wiring. The throttle side is honed out andnotched for fly by wire. Laser cut tubing yields the smoothest corners with noslag for easy wiring. The KnurledCenter for non-slip gripon our handlebars is engineered to be a direct custom replacement for stockequipment.
Cable Description:
For Our Electrical Extensions We Use Special Purpose Automotive Wire that is Insulated with Chemically Cross-Line Polyethylene, Making it resistant to moisture, most solvents, and Gives it the Ability to Withstand Extreme Temperatures. These Features Make Our Wire Ideal for Engine Compartment Applications Where Higher Heat Resistance is Required.Note: Our Pre-wired Bars will be "made to order". We will require a 1 day processing time, all orders will ship the following business day.
These bars are not limited to the Street Glide Model Only. They will fit most, if not all of the "Batwing" fairing models. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask
