Most of our parts are compatible with specific vehicles only, so we ask that all customers check for vehicle compatibility prior to purchasing.
We strive to achieve same day or next day shipping for all orders (all orders placed after Friday 12pm EST will be shipped out on the following Monday). Customers will receive a shipment update with tracking number that they can use to check the status of their packages.
We ship out everything as soon as possible, so we often cannot accommodate order cancellation requests. Customers who wish to cancel their orders must reach out to us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate though we cannot guarantee.
Prior to purchasing, customers should double check their shipping addresses. We cannot change them after the order is placed - if customers wish to change the shipping address, they should cancel the order and place it again using the correct address.
If our carriers do not recognize the shipping address, we may cancel the order and provide customers a full refund to prevent cases where items get lost in transit.
We have a 30-day return policy for all domestic orders. Customers who wish to return their item can either 1) reach out to us for instruction 2) or initiate a return request on . We will follow up with instruction. In order to obtain full refunds, we ask that customers return products in new, uninstalled conditions. Once we receive the product back, we will do a quick inspection and then proceed with processing the refund - please allow us a few business days for this process to complete.
All shipping fees on orders outside of the 48 continental United States are the responsibility of the customer.
