The ignition coil is animportant ignition system that discharges electricity to the spark plug tospark the air-fuel mixture filling the combustion chamber, starting the combustioncycle.
★We have devised the\"強化パーツ® = Reinforced parts\" system that makes itpossible to install “Direct Ignition”, which is still onlyavailable in some motorcycles due to manufacturer cost restrictions, into Honda\'s traditionalRFVC engine.
★This system eliminatesthe weaknesses of conventional ignition coil structures by directlytransmitting the high-voltage ignition current generated by the integratedignition coil to the spark plug to generate a spark. (Slow response inhigh rotation range, electrical leakage at connections, poor contact,generation of radio noise due to sparks, etc.)
As a result oflong-term operation tests installed on RFVC engines of various displacements,including the XR250R (\'03/ME08) and JP specification XR250 (\'97/MD30), we found that ignitionis very stable even with genuine standard spark plugs.

1.Since there isno conventional plugcordextending from the ignition coil, there is no distance from thespark plug(that is, there isno electrical resistance),minimizing voltageloss.
2. Since it has fewerparts than conventional ignition coil ASSY (IG body, plug cord, plug cap), itis trouble-free, easy to maintain, and has a long life.
3.The dedicated wiring uses aheat-resistant oxygen-free copper cable(OFC cable)made of 99.96% or more high-purity copper that does not contain oxides.In other words, itreduces voltage transmission losswithlow resistanceandlow distortion.
4.In order to preventdeterioration of the OFC cable due to the heat generated by the engine,anintegrally molded corrugated tube(flame-retardantmaterial) withexcellent heat andweather resistance without slits is used on the outside.
5.The direct ignitionunit and cable connections arecompletely waterproofedwith heat-resistant silicone resin to preventshort circuitsdue to water intrusion andimprove the durabilityof the entire system.
6. Simply removethe existinggenuine ignition coil from the wire harness terminal and replace it withthe\"強化パーツ® = Reinforced parts\"direct ignition plugcap, making itquick and easy to replace!
