Depending on how restricted your catalytic converter and diesel particulate filter are; fuel mileage can vary. We typically see trucks that are equipped with a DPF getting 13-14mpg or less. Once the DPF is deleted; total mileage is approx 18-19mpg or better. Larger tires and driving habits can effect these numbers. Will my truck pass emissions?
If your state requires a visual inspection (California & New York) and you have removed the DPF, CAT or EGR you will NOT pass. All other states; its suggested that you run the tuner on the lowest power level while testing. If your truck is in good mechanical condition, 99% of the time you will pass.Power LevelsPowerstroke 6.4 - 80,160, 250hpPowerstroke 6.7 - 50,100,150hpDuramax LMM - 60,120,175hpDuramax LML - 50,100,150hpCummins - 60,120,175hp
