- Lossesmust be reported no longer than 7 days past the estimated time of shipmentdelivery by the carrier. You are emailed the day the shipment is sent withthe tracking number. If the shipment does not arrive near the estimatedtime of shipping delivery please contact us within 7 days of thisestimated time. Estimated times are provided by the shipping carrier. Wedo not guarantee estimated delivery times as this is a service solelyprovided by the shipping carrier.
RETURN POLICY
Within 30 business daysof placing your order you may return any core or wrong part(s). No returns willbe accepted after 30 business days. All parts must be in their originalcondition, not used or “tried”, and cannot be disassembled or damaged byincorrect installation. All parts must also be returned with all of theoriginal packaging. All official Honda boxes, bags, etc. must be returned withthe item. It must be in new resalable condition. We are not responsible forinstallation errors. We are not responsible for any labor expenses, towingexpenses, lodging expenses or rental car expenses that occur as the result of theinstallation of any wrong or defective parts. There are no refunds on shipping/ handling charges. If you want us to generate a return shipping label for you,the price of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
