WARRANTY: Here at BPM all of our items carry a warranty. The duration of the warranty depends on the item. The warranty ONLY covers manufacturer defects of the item. It does NOT cover defects from the installer. It is encouraged and advised to have a certified mechanic install your product. If it is determined by our manufacturing engineers that this is the fault of the client, the warranty is voided.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?- Yes, once it is processed your tracking number will be uploaded to your paypal account an whichever email address is attached to your paypal is where you will find your tracking.3. Why is my item coming from China?- Due to inventory reasons of certain items , some items are directly shipped from China but rest assured that the processing time and the delivery time is the same of 3 to 5 days or sooner.4.
