• We provide one year limited, unmileage warranty. That means within one year upon receipt, buyer has the right to claim replacement, once the item brokes down or work improperly during normal use. The warranty only covers a parts replacement of a defective part unless the isn\'t available while a replacement claim files, in such case we will provide full refund in first 3 months, and each month start the fourth month, -10% of purchase price. For example, in 6th month after receival, buyer can still have 70% money refundable.
• The warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear of products; products damaged due to environmental conditions including rain, snow, hail, salt, or natural disasters; products damaged due to accident or collision; or product damage caused by other faulty parts.
• All items must be in their original condition and must not be damaged due to incorrect installation upon return. Products damaged as a result of abuse, misuse, improper repairs or maintenance, improper installation, alteration, or modification will not be covered by the warranty.
• We need buyer\'s detailed description of failure to find out the cause, we may also ask for photos or videos, pls understand.
• Any WRONG ITEM/DOESN\'T FIT/DON\'T NEED/DOESN\'T AS DESCRIBED reason is unacceptable after 60 days upon receipt.
• The warranty is limited only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• Under NO circumstances will our liability exceed the amount of the original sale.
• EACH WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER ANY LABOR COSTS OR INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PHYSICAL INJURIES OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF USE OF THE VEHICLE, INCONVENIENCE, AIR FREIGHT CHARGES, RENTAL VEHICLE CHARGES, TOWING CHARGES OR ACCOMMODATIONS RESULTING FROM A DEFECT IN OR FAILURE OF THE PART.
We offer 60 days return window, it means you could return the order freely in 60 days upon receipt for NO REASON and get partial refund(15% restocking fee need to be deducted) . Please note that it requires that item is unused/uninstalled/unmodified, as the same condition as it\'s delivered, and the return shipping costs can not be covered by seller. Though, we hope every buyer could inspect the part as quick as you can, to confirm if the part is the right one you need and make an early decision. In case the item arrive directly to workshop, please tell merchanic to inspect it clearly before set it up so hurry.

Buyer purchased wrong item, like we list a left side part in listing while buyer need acutally right side, still place order carelessly.
ABOVE SITUATION will be regarded as buyer\'s responsibility, but only when the item has been unpackaged and tried to installed, buyer should pay the return shipping charge plus 15% restocking fee.
• We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the return. We will not reimburse any return shipping charges incurred if our pre-paid shipping label is not used.
• Generally, every refund request should have the purchased item returned to us. We strong recommend the return procedure inside , it helps both seller and buyer process return smoothly. In cases buyer can provide photos/pictures as proof, showing the item is dead/malfunctioning, we fully trust our customers and will refund directly without ask for the item back.
• REFUND takes a few days to process, usually next business day after the returned item arrives, please don\'t worry.
• We do not accept returns if the item(s) has been used/installed, working properly but buyer decided to return, or has been modified for some reason after buyer have received the item(s).
• Every item will be inspected and packed carefully before shipping.
• We ship your order within NEXT BUSINESS DAY(order cut-off time 21:00 PT), please note that we do not handle any orders in weekend nor holidays, all orders come during weekends or holidays will be processed in next working day.
• Orders from same customer in same day shall be sent off together in one package. However we do not take combine shipping request as long as it\'s free shipping. Contact us please before purchase when multiple items are your targets, we could make a better offer for you.
• Please understand that once the order is accepted by courier, it\'s out of our control. Shipping could be delayed by various reasons such like the weather, strike, or anything unexpected, message us when your order is delayed.
• Buyer is responsibility to the accuracy of delivery address, and pay attention to the delivery updating(we guarantee all orders can be tracked online). Once the package forced to return to us due to wrong address or attempt delivery but failed over two times, we have no choice but ask buyer to pay second shipping charge, not to mention the terrible delay it caused.
• In seldom case, the courier could lose your package in transit, we will help you claim your shipment, even re-send another as soon as confirmed lost.
• We ship to AK/HA/PR ONLY WHEN order is available for USPS Shipping, buyer who from such location will be asked for additional shipping charge if the merchandise can be sent only via commercial logistics like FedEx/UPS.
• Please be aware that your order could be putted on porch or at the front of door when nobody at home, in very rare instances, package could be stolen, we are sorry that the courier and us do not take any responsibility, as long as it\'s showing \"delivered\" in system, the only help we can offer is provide prooves when police need it.
