Includes the white backing factory applied (in the photo you can see a protective film over this area that peels off after the part is installed). Headlight opening measures approximately 4.25\" (108mm) x 2.75\" (70mm). Please check measurements to confirm this matches your bikes dimensions prior to purchase.
