• Where is Tobacco Road Auto located?
  Tobacco Road Auto has shipping depots all over the country and we will ship your item from the closest depot to your location for the fastest shipping. Not all of our locations stock all of our items.
• Can I pick up my purchase?
  Our depots are warehouses only and do not have a sales floor for walk in customers. Unless pickup is stated in the shipping area of the sale, we are not able to arrange a pickup of our items.
• Is this item in stock? When will my purchase be shipped? How long does shipping take?
  Items posted on will be in stock. We manage inventory and sales carefully. Most (95%) items will ship the same day or the following business day. UPS Domestic Ground shipping normally takes 2-6 business days. If there are any delays in shipping, you will be contacted shortly after your purchase. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by UPS or situations out of our control. We appreciate your understanding in these situations.
• Do you offer faster shipping?
  Expedited shipping is available, but it is VERY expensive. Example: 1 17\" wheel with ground shipping is $20. Next day shipping would be around $130. 2 day service would be around $95. If you require expedited shipping and you want to pay the higher shipping rates, please contact us to do this.
