This is an SD memory card with authentic USA/Canada maps for the MyFord and MyLincoln Touch navigation software. The label has been replaced on the memory card and will be tested prior to shipment. Check for compatibility with your particular vehicle.
Check your vehicle SYNC Software (CCPU S/W), Navigation Application, and Map Database Versions by accessing the \"System Information\" screen. Any of this information that\'s missing may indicate a problem with your navigation. If your SYNC Software (CCPU S/W) is not 3.10.16180, then visit owner.ford.com or owner.lincoln.com to update prior to using this SD card. There is no charge for SYNC software updates.

Check that your vehicle has an installed software license for navigation by accessing the \"Software Licenses\" screen. Any information that\'s missing may indicate a problem with your navigation. The Navigation Software License \"Remaining Uses\" should show \"Unlimited\".

SYNC software update version 3.10.16180 is provided free of charge from Ford/Lincoln to vehicle owners. If your SYNC software requires updating and you need assistance, then send me a message.
