Return
Return the rare occasion that an item arrives dead on arrival or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
On the special condition that an item needs to be returned due to a change of mind, please read the following guidelines.
We must be notified within 7 days of you receiving the item that you intend to return. The item must then be returned within 7 days following this notification.
All items that are approved for return must be received back in the packaging and not installed, modified or damaged in any way.
If the item has sustained damage in transit, or does not return as noted above, a revised refund amount may be required.
Parts that have been abused, installed, modified, or damaged will not be accepted for a refund.
Items bought by mistake or qualifying for exchange: the buyer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs, and a 15% restocking fee may apply with certain items.
The refund amount will also have freight costs deducted. If the item was sent with free postage, a 15% postage fee will also be deducted from the refund amount.
