Accepted payments are credit cards (processed by PayPal) and regular PayPal transactions.
Any import duties and fees related should be covered by buyers.
Shipping
We usually ship within 1Business day of received/cleared payments. Orders made during Friday afternoon, Saturdays or USA holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
In case of you do not provide a physical and valid address,we will only ship the package after you confirmed the address.Please understand that once ordersare shipped, we cannot control the transit times thereafter.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days ofreceipt of your order, you may return products that:
1) Are in 100% new, unused condition with theoriginal parts and label included
2) Have original manufacturer information
3) Are not used, installed, disassembled ordamaged due to incorrect installation
4) Do not having missing parts, hardware orinstructions
All shipping expenses including duties and/orcustoms fees will be paid by the buyer. We will not charge any restocking feesif the return item(s) is due to our error, such as shipping the wrong item(s),item damaged during shipping etc.
We do not compensate your labor, towing,repair, rental expenses or any other related expenses. All items shipped havebeen inspected in detailed, and we guarantee that you\'ll be satisfied with yourpurchase.
Shipping damage-related claims may requireauthentication including, but not limited to Mechanic Diagnosis, Pictures orVideo of damaged goods.
– Do not dispose of parts until instructed.Failure to provide authenticating documentation could result in denial of return.– Do not return the products with shipping damage or quality issue which are non-resalableback to us.– Do not claim shipping damage by yourself which maycause deny. Please provide brief info and pictures, we will issue a claim tocarrier for you.
Please contact us first before returning yourproduct. Once wereceived, conducted the inspection, and verified that your return meets theabove guidelines, allow 3-5 business days to process your refund including allapplicable sales taxes. Any return without prior notice will not be accepted.
Warranty
All parts sold by usare brand new, serviceable, and functional. If an auto part is found to bedefective within 90 days from the original date of purchase, we shall provideeither a one-time replacement part or a one-time full refund when the part isout of stock. If an auto part isfound to be defective within one year but after 90 days from the original dateof purchase, we only provide a one-time replacement part or a partial refundbased on the table below.
- We only warranty cost of parts. Any installation or other fees are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for, and warranty does not cover, any damages arising from a failure to operate the product within its intended.
- No reimbursements will be given for delay, labor, mileage, or any other costs involved in installation or re-installation of the auto parts in question.
- Warranty-related claims may require authentication including, but not limited to Mechanic Diagnosis, Pictures or Video of damaged goods – do not dispose of parts until instructed. Failure to provide authenticating documentation could result in denial of current warranty claim and forfeit of future warranty.
