For C3 Corvette 68-82 Electric Headlight Motor Conversion Kit True Plug and Play
Item Description:
- 100% quality assurance tested, more responsive, less expensive, easier to install.
- 3 wire hookup, power, ground, and trigger wire.
- Headlight door kit, method of raising and lowering headlights.
- Uses easy to replace Ford probe and Mazda Miata headlight motors.
Installation Steps:
- 1. Remove the hood and disconnect the power.
- 2. Remove the old headlight actuator spring, cotter pin, washer, actuator pin, four mounting nuts and other fixing parts to remove the old headlight actuator. (Aluminum arms with articulating joints are available in new products, no need to keep them).
- 3. Cut the bracket according to the shape of the new actuator.
- 4. Install the new actuator on the bracket according to the removal steps.
- 5. Connect the wiring harness to the actuator and the vehicle respectively, and connect the small wires in turn.
