Please contact us ASAP. If the item has not been shipped out we can cancel the order for you. If the item was shipped out you can refuse the package and wait for the item to return to us. We can only refund you the Item price and cannot refund the shipping price.

Do I recieve installation instructions?
We are only retail store and we send out our items based on what the manufacturer give us. Majority of our items do not come with installation instructions and requires a professional to install.
We will try our best to assist all our customers, however we only have limited technical knowledge because we only sell the items provided by our vendors.
