Packages received without a valid RMA number will be returned to the buyer and no refund will be issued. Refund will usually be issued after package comes back.

• All of our products are sold as brand new. We will check the condition before package is shipped out. Damaged products are considered caused during transit. If you received a damaged one , please contact our customer service support team through message as soon as possible. If the item was damaged during shipping or wrong item is shipped, we will provide a return shipping label. Please allow around 24-48 hours for processing on business days.

• We provide exchange service as well .
