PP material bumper is featured by high tensile strength,impact resistant, high compressive strength, and resists stress cracking while retaining stiffness and flex which make it easy to achieve a smooth surface for a perfect paint job.
Thermal stability characteristics made all the PP bumpers stay in the same shapes as when they were manufactured. It is another reason why PP bumper parts are easy to install. This material is being used on all OEM bumper from the factories.
