All domestic shipments outside of the continental 48 states ,PO Boxes, Canada and international shipments are shipped via USPS post office.

WARRANTY POLICY
Warranty:

• We offer 60 day warranty for any item. When exchanging or returning, all products MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING with a RMA number issued by freemotor802 clearly marked on the outside of the box. Packages received without a valid RMA number will be returned to the buyer and no refund will be issued. Refund will usually be issued after package comes back.

Damaged item:

• All of our products are sold as brand new. We will check the condition before package is shipped out. Damaged products are considered caused during transit. If you received a damaged one , please contact our customer service support team through message as soon as possible. If the item was damaged during shipping or wrong item is shipped, we will provide a return shipping label. Please allow around 24-48 hours for processing on business days.

Exchanges :

• We provide exchange service as well . If a wrong item is sent or buyer order a wrong one by mistake, please contact our customer service support team through message as soon as possible for exchange issues . Please note no exchanges will be accepted on products that have been improperly damaged, used or modified.

Return Note:

All return items MUST be without damages & in brand new condition which means the item is never installed modified or painted & kept in the original packaging, otherwise you will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee.
All return items that the buyer states as defective will be tested by our Returns Department, if there is problems or errors found during testing, there will be a mandatory 25% restocking fee for the price of the item.
