Install this Brand new, race inspired & tested, SBS PERFORMANCE front chin splitter for 2015-2018 Dodge Charger SRT 392s, Daytona 392s, Scat Packs or SRT Hellcats with 2 Longacre support rods. Each splitter is made from 1/4\" Black automotive ABS plastic. Our splitter bolts directly to the front bumper through the 8 stock bumper/bellypan holes. Because a splitter is a wing, it creates downforce. It is recommended that you add 4 additional bolt points in addition to the stock 8 bolt points. That would require drilling (1/4\" drill bit) into the bottom of your car\'s bumper & belly pan in 4 locations through the splitter\'s predrilled holes. The optional 4 screws and 4 U clips are included. If at all possible, we use Longacre Support rods, but we may have to drop ship other brand of Support rods like APR or Allstar.FYI: The grainy side of the automotive ABS is the top/upper side of the splitter. The smoother side of the splitter is the bottom. The grainy side is extremely durable. Theses splitters are almost impossible to break which makes it so ideal for this applications. Please note that bottom smoother side may come with lines from manufacturer and the bottom side is very easily scratched, even a soft microfiber cloth can scratch because it is raw, unfinished ABS plastic. Some buyers have opted to have the bottom side painted and have installed the splitters upside down, allowing the painted side to be on top.
