• 1. All domestic mid and large size packages are shipped via UPS Ground, small package are shipped via USPS. All domestic shipments outside of the continental 48 states ,PO Boxes, Canada and international shipments are shipped via USPS post office.

WARRANTY POLICY
Warranty:

• We offer 60 day warranty for any item. When exchanging or returning, all products MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING with a RMA number issued by freemotor802 clearly marked on the outside of the box. Packages received without a valid RMA number will be returned to the buyer and no refund will be issued. Refund will usually be issued after package comes back.

Damaged item:

• All of our products are sold as brand new. We will check the condition before package is shipped out. Damaged products are considered caused during transit. If you received a damaged one , please contact our customer service support team through message as soon as possible. If the item was damaged during shipping or wrong item is shipped, we will provide a return shipping label. Please allow around 24-48 hours for processing on business days.

Exchanges :
