- Shipping is free to the lower 48 states.
- Please contact us for a shipping quote to AK, HI, Puerto Rico, Guam, or any international shipping.
- Orders are shipped throughFedEx Smart Postor FedEx ground.
- Customer must report any damage occurred in shipping to the shipping company and us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Please make sure to keep original shipping box intact, with no writing on the outside other than shipping labels for returns.
Returns
- Any returns (including warranty) must beauthorized.
- Customer is responsible for any return shipping.
- Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- ANY unauthorized return will be charged a mandatory restocking fee.
- If you return your item, and request a refund, you MUST be a PayPal member for us to be able to issue the refund.
Warranty Policy
- 15 Month Replacement Warranty
- Warranty covers any problem due to manufacture defect.
- Warranty excludes torn boots, or any modifications that may affect the part (ex. lift kits)
- Customer is responsible for any return shipping.
- Customer must fill out warranty andreturn registration card within 30 days of purchaseto validate warranty.
- Warranty is only validfor original purchaser.
- Please take the time to read over our complete warranty policy, it is the customer's responsibility to know the policies.
- Please provide your email address on the warranty registration to receive confirmation of receipt.
