• If in any case the lip became warped, simply lay it on a flat surface under the sun or use a heat gun gently heat up the warped area. The poly urethane material will restore back to its original shape when heated and stays that way after it coolsdown.

Shipping:

• 1. All domestic mid size packages are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx, small package are shipped via USPS. Large Size items like bumper cover will ship via truck. All domestic shipments outside of the continental 48 states ,PO Boxes, Canada and international shipments are shipped via USPS post office.


• 2. Some larger items might not be able to ship to international countries due to some large items might exceed US postal office size regulation.


• 3. If you\'re located outside of the continental USA (including HI,AK, VI, GU ,MP,PR, APO, FPO). Please include the additional fee upon checkout. If this process is not completed, delays will occur. International buyers are responsible for all Brokerage Fees and Duty Tax, these fees are not included in the total amount of the payment.

Note : All packages will be shipped out from CA or GA Warehouse. We will adjust the shipping location on the basis of the item current stock and your order delivery address.Please feel free to place your order!

• We accept Paypal. We can only ship to your paypal confirmed address. If more than one address is set up on your Paypal account, please make sure to provide the correct one. We WILL NOT be responsible if the package was lost or returned due to incorrect address provided.

WARRANTY POLICY
Warranty:

• We offer 60 day warranty for any item. When exchanging or returning, all products MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING with a RMA number issued by freemotor802 clearly marked on the outside of the box. Packages received without a valid RMA number will be returned to the buyer and no refund will be issued. Refund will usually be issued after package comes back.

Damaged item:

• All of our products are sold as brand new. We will check the condition before package is shipped out. Damaged products are considered caused during transit. If you received a damaged one , please contact our customer service support team through message as soon as possible. If the item was damaged during shipping or wrong item is shipped, we will provide a return shipping label. Please allow around 24-48 hours for processing on business days.

Exchanges :

• We provide exchange service as well . If a wrong item is sent or buyer order a wrong one by mistake, please contact our customer service support team through message as soon as possible for exchange issues . Please note no exchanges will be accepted on products that have been improperly damaged, used or modified.
