I am taking delivery of my item, what should I do?Inspect the package and its contents for any damages. If the products are all there sign the bill of lading. If any damages or problems are found, please note of it before signing. If you have any questions or problems, please Contact us.
I got my order and I signed for the product, but now I noticed there damages to it. Can I return it?If at the time you received the product and no signs of damages were noted down on the delivery bill, the products cannot be returned to us. Once the package is received and signed as clear by you, the insurance with the shipping company will be voided. You can however make a claim with the shipping company directly but most of the time claims are refused at this point, so please, Inspect your package carefully!!
Is fitment guaranteed?Due to the nature of fiberglass, all aftermarket parts may require work & modification. All products are made to the closest OEM standards possible, but since they are hand made, minor differences can occur. Also, with the vast possibilities of why products do not fit perfectly, such if vehicle's been in accidents, heat, poor installation, etc, it is very difficult to guarantee perfect fitment. We do, however, guarantee satisfaction on our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with what you ordered, simply contact us to return the product and receive a refund.
Do your kits come with hardware and instructions?Our item do not come and your professional body shop should provide you with the bolts & screws necessary for installation. We highly recommend professional body shops for installation. Proper steps to installing a body kit : Pre-fit*, Drill mounting locations, Prep & Sand work, Primer, Color base, and Clear coat.
What kind of body shop should I have to installed my body kit?When looking for a body shop to install your kit, look for one with experience in doing such installations. A body shop with 30 years experience in doing collision work but may not have experience in aftermarket body kits. It would be better to take the kit to a body shop with 2 years of experience but specializes in installing aftermarket body kits.
Do the kits come painted?No, all kits come unpainted in primer finish. You will have to bring your body kit to a professional body shop for installation, prep, and paint.
Why does my front/rear bumper not fit?Certain aftermarket bumpers will require the Front and/or Rear safety crash bars to be removed or modified. If you are not comfortable with this, we advise you not to purchase aftermarket bumpers as we hold no responsibility for any losses, claims or damages.
