About the Decal:These decals are die-cut from vinyl material - They do NOT have a background unless otherwise stated. All of our decals come ready to apply with transfer tape. All you have to do is peel the backing from the vinyl, apply to the surface and rub or squeegee it smooth. All die-cut vinyl decals will include detailed, step-by-step installation instructions.
