P2M solid shifter bushing is made from bronze copper material that is much stronger than the stock nylon material bushing which breaks over time. The solid shifter bushing also stiffens up the shifter \"slack\" which provides a more positive feel shifting between Dinan Performance Spring sets should be purchased and installed with the corresponding Ride Quality and Handling Kit to achieve the advertised ride height, performance, and ride quality. While not explicitly required, if the matching component is not purchased and installed you will get less than favorable results in the form of poor ride quality and improper handling traits. While we will maintain a full warranty on product defects, any claims against the car’s improper handling/ride quality traits due to not purchasing the corresponding handling kit will not be warranted.

Returns & Exchanges

• All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee covers the cost of our order processing, shipping cost, and the restocking process.
• Items you wish to return MUST be approved prior to your return. Contact us for an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) and specify your reason for return. All return inquiries must be sent to us within 5 days of receiving your order.
• Approved Returns MUST be sent back to us within \'s 30 days of receiving your RMA#
• Returned items must be in brand new condition.
• Shipping, handling, and transaction fees are non-refundable.
• Once items have been returned to us, and the condition has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued. Approved refunds are issued within 2-3 days.
• If a mistake was made by us, we will provide a return shipping label for you to use to make the exchange as seamless as possible.
