ShippingAll of our products include FREE shipping to all of the lower 48 states.
All orders placed Monday - Friday before 12:00 PM Eastern will ship the same day. Any orders placed after that time will ship the next business day.
Because of our volume our shipping teams work 24 hours a day so we can not promise any cancellations after our standard office hours. Standard office hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern. Contact our customer service team as quickly as possible for the best possibility of catching the order before it ships.
If a delivery is refused we will deduct the shipping cost to and from your location from refund amount.
If an address change is requested after the item has shipped there will be a $15 per package fee from FedEx that will be charged to the customer before the change can be made. We can't guarantee an address change.
We shipexclusively via FedEx ground. Any order with a total price of $750 or more will require a signature upon delivery.
If you have receiveda product that is not what you ordered please do not open a case, but contact us immediatelyand we will work quickly to correct the situation for you.
*Tires are an odd item to ship and generally will ship in multiple packages/bundles. If you do not receiveall of your tires at once please do not worry or open a case.Occasionally the shipments get separatedduring the shipping process, they will usually arrive the next deliveryday. If not please contact usand we will be happy to help you!*
We do not currently ship outside of the lower 48 states
ReturnsWe accept free returns up to 30 days after the purchase date. All tires must bebrand new and never mounted. If we receive the tires and they are used we will not process the refund.
To start a return please go to your order on and select start a return. Your return will automatically accepted via if it meets the correct return policies.
DO NOT use the supplied USPS labels from unless it is a small turf or trailer tire. Their systems unfortunatelyare not setup for items as big as tires and for multipleproductreturns. If these labels are used we can not guarantee that your products will arrive correctly, or that there will not be an extra chargefor shipping once they arrive.

No address changes will be accepted that are different from the original order.
If the product is damaged during shipping or the incorrect product is shipped TiresShipped2You will cover the shipping cost to return the product and to send a replacement.
Once the tires are received back to our warehouse please allow 3 business days to process.
