Return Policy
You may return your Carbonio product or a full refund (exclusive of shipping charges) within 30 days of receipt. Any items held over 30 days may not be returned. Before returning any item, contact us in order to obtain a return authorization number (RAN). Include your original receipt with your return, and mark your RAN clearly on the outside of the package. Returns not bearing the RAN will be refused. Returned items must be clean, unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. No C.O.D returns accepted. If a return is required due to an error on our part, your shipping charges will be refunded.
