Shipping
Monday-Friday in-stock orders are shipped the same or next business day within 24 hours of your order being placed, with cleared payment. We offer free shipping for all US orders ( 48 states) we use USPS, UPS, and Fedex. Shipping prices (include free shipping items) are not valid to AK PR GU VI AS MH PW MP and HI, please contact us for shipping price. We ship to PO boxes only on some small first class and priority mail items, if the item is too big we use Fedex and UPS. All items will be shipped to original order address (PayPal shipping address) no address change will be made. The Wires Zone requests signature confirmation for select high valued items, buyer is responsible to be available to sign for package or buyer can arrange a pick up at a nearby Fedex/UPS location. The Wires Zone is not liable for any stolen packages after package has been marked as delivered; and any return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender. The Wires Zone has the right to deduct shipping charges from refund for any packages returned to the sender, buyer is responsible to pay for shipping charges if chosen to reship an order. Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender due to maximum hold time at an access point.
All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. The Wires Zone can’t make any address changes after the order is placed, we will cancel order and you can reorder with correct address.

We use UPS and USPS to ship orders. We send our customers an email with the tracking number for the order. If you did not receive a tracking number by email or need to confirm the tracking information.
No item will be shipped until payment is made and cleared. If you need expedited shipping contact us directly for a fee quote. International orders are shipped ship through USPS International Priority and after a 24 to 48 hour processing period. Delivery time varies on location, usually 6-10 days. International rates/services vary and are available upon request. We don\'t ship any forofferden items by (USPS or UPS) internationally. We do not take any international returns. We do not pay for duty, customs fees or taxes on any international items. The shipping cost is for shipping only. Once your order left our facility we are no longer in control of the delivery time of your package.
Payment
We use PayPal as main source of payment because it reliable and secure. PayPal keeps financial information private. When a buyer pays using PayPal, the seller never sees the credit card or bank account numbers. You can pay by PayPal as a guest – without a PayPal account – for no additional charge. We require PayPal as payment for all orders. To make a purchase using PayPal, select PayPal as your payment method. You will find this payment method on the shopping cart page. You will then enter your billing, shipping and payment information. To log into your PayPal account, click the “Check out with PayPal” button. Customer credit card information shared with PayPal is never released to us or kept on file.
Return
At The Wires Zone, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied. If for some reason you aren\'t happy with an item on your order and want to return it, we make returns and refunds extremely simple.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Any complete, like-new item returned within 30-days of order date can be returned for a refund or replacement. However, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order. All returned items must include the original packaging and all contents (such as packaging material, adapters, harnesses, and manuals). Any items found to be defective at the time of purchase or damaged during shipping can also be replaced. After 30 days, the manufacturer warranty will apply. We can provide you with the information you will need and you will need to contact them directly.
If returned items are not in like-new condition, we may refuse a return or charge a higher restocking fee. Items not in like-new condition include, but are not limited to: items missing original item packaging, used items, installed items, abused or physically damaged items, items missing parts, items damaged due to improper return shipping, items with a different serial number or defaced serial number, pre-cut wire.
You are always responsible for the return shipping regardless of the reason for the return.
To return or exchange an item, please first contact us via Message and we will provide you with detailed return instructions based on the item you are returning/exchanging.
Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days from receipt. Funds will be returned via the original payment method. We will credit for the item only, shipping fee may be deducted from refunds on items with Free Shipping.
Exchanges are typically processed within 3 business days from receipt.
We do accept International Returns but you are responsible for the postage.
