Q1:Why the lever doesn\'t fit for my motorcycle?
we are distributing the product according to the stock lever of the original motorcycle.if the lever doesn\'t fit,there are several reasons:
(1)The vehicle model or year are wrong or inaccurate when purchasing. (refer the vehicle manual for sure)
(2)The stock lever of the motorcycle has ever been damaged,and the repair shop has changed it to other levers.so if still purchase the stock lever,it doesn\'t fit.
(3)In terms of motorcycle sales of manufacturers,there are different models and accessories in different countries.for example Yamaha R6S,there are 3 Version, Europe and USA and Canada,the lever is not compatible.
(4)If the new lever is too thick to fit in,will need to grind some aluminum away to slightly thin it,then can make it fit.for example some DRZ400SM motorcycles.
(5)Because some new levers don\'t come with necessary bushing or pin,will need to use stock bushing or stock pin to make it fit.for example some BMW motorcycles.

Q2:after installing the lever,Why I feel loose?
There shall be a tolerance gap between the handle and the mounting bracket, between the handle and the adjustment point,to ensure the flexible handle. And it is the normal when the range of oscillation about the end of the handle is not more than 10mm.
But if exceeds normal,pls try to screw the bolts tightly,then check the gap between mounting bolts and mounting holes of lever or the gap between bracket and lever.also pls feel free to contact us via message,we will provide the bushing or washers to solve the loose problem.
