All ClutchMax products are sold with the manufacturer warranty of 12 months or 15,000 miles. All warranty claims must be made prior to shipping the product back. The buyer must first contact ClutchAmerica™ to begin the warranty / defective claim process. All warranty claim productsfor inspection or repair must be sent prepaid, insured andproperly packaged.All freight charges (inbound and outbound) for returned products are the sole responsibility of the customer.
