1. This subwoofer enclosure iscut, built, and carpetedin the U.S. by U.S.citizens using only high quality materials.
2. We SUGGESTyou purchase the subwooferenclosure before
you purchase the sub/subs tomake sure of fit.
3. Custom fit subwoofer enclosures are built to fit the vehicle intended not fit a specific sub. You will need to fit the subwoofer to the enclosure.
A. If purchasing shallow mount sub/subs please check with us for mounting hole diameter. Shallow mount subs often require larger cut out diameters.
4.Custom fit enclosures are built as large as they can be and still fit without major modification to the vehicle.
A. We are trying to get as much airspace, mounting depth, and the largest subwoofer possible and practicalinto the enclosure.
B. Boxes that are installed under the seat does not always mean they will fit all the way under the seat. See A.
C. You may need to remove jacks, panels/carpeting, tool trays, and any other objects that may restrict installation of the box.

(B). Shipping rates are based on size(dimensional weight), distance(we are in Florida/33781), also whether you are rural or within a city, actual weight, and type of shipping(ground/priority etc).
(C). We use a number of shipping options. Calculated, free, and flat. None of these options are used in any way to makea profit. They are designed to offer alternatives that allow you to find the least expensive way to get the item to you. Most items ship calculated only. This is the exact amount to get your item to you.
(D).Flat rate shipping amount stated inany listing is to the lower 48 states only. Shipping charges also include handling.
(E). If you are located inAlaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico,Virgin Islands orwhere UPS standard ground does not apply for Canada, PLEASE contact us with zip code/postal codefor shippingrates before you buy the item.
(F). Canadian buyers are responsible for all customs, duties and brokerage fees.
(A). We usually ship within 24 hours of receiving payment. Excluding weekends, holidays, and any natural disasters(Acts of God), or unnatural disasters.
(B). Tracking number is sent twice to the e-mail address you have provided on your account. Please allow 24hrs fromitem shippednotice to track your item.
(C).We inspect all items for external damage before they are packaged and shipped. We do not ship any items with damage.

Refunds & Returns:
(A). All defectiveorunused/unopened items must be returned to us at: Bright Star Car Audio: 6555 44th St. N. Unit 2013 Pinellas Park, Fl. 33781. Please include all ertinent information.(Name, ID, Item # etc.)
(B). Once defective or unused product has been received and checked in, a replacement unit will be shipped freight prepaid to the customer or item cost refunded.
(C).UNUSED/UNOPENED: Must be returned with 14 days of delivery. Only items that are in brand new, resalable condition, in original packaging with all paperwork and hardware will berefunded item cost only.UPS nor USPS refund shipping. This includes subwoofer boxes.
(D). OPENED/USED/INSTALLED PRODUCTS: All sales are final. Opened, used, and installed items are covered by listed warranty only.
(E). All merchandise comes with a90day warranty through us. After 90 days please contact manufacturer for factory warranty.
(F). All shipping charges are non-refundable.
(G). The seller is responsible for shipping ONLY if the WRONG ITEM is shipped.
