WHAT IS THE ITEM CONDITION?

• Brand New
• Made of real carbon fiber
• Our carbon fiber is made from hand polishing of the carbon resin, no clear coat is applied so that the surface will remain shinny and do not need further polishing even after years of use
• Basic installation skill and minor adjustment
• The resin we use is UV protected, will remain highly glossyfinish over years of use even under heavy sunshine of outdoor parking

WHAT TO DO WHEN PROBLEM ARISE?

• If you pay by credit card or Paypal, please do not give us negative response or neutral response, and please do not start chargeback / refund immediately when problem arise. Just tell me the problem and we will try our best to solve for you.

  1. Item too long not received. In this case, I will check with the post office, if item is confirmed sent lost, we will send you another one free of charge.
  2. Item receive is broken. In this case, please send us the damaged photo to our email , we will send the damage photo to the claim department and provide damage claim to you.
