• We do provide combined shipping discount, Buyer would receive a 10% shipping fee discount after the highest shipping fee is paid full. For example, if shipping fee on first item is $20, shipping fee on the second item is $10. Then the total shipping fee would be $20+ 0.9 x $10 = $29 for the combined shipping fee etc.
- We will accept PayPal payment, credit card payment through
PayPal only. Buyer must use checkout to get the total and choice of payment method after the sale end. Transactions may not be complete or maybe delay without customers' checkout.
- Payment must be received within 7 days (from the sale ended date) or non-paying dispute will be filed to your account.
- Insufficient payment amount or information will delay the process of order, please complete the checkout carefully. You may calculate the total by adding up the item price + shipping & handling fee.
- PayPal buyers must have a confirmed address as the registered shipping address. We will NOT ship to any unconfirmed address and your payment will be refunded. Don't try to give us any shipping address that's not your confirmed address or billing address. Your item will still ship to the confirmed address or billing address only. In this case, buyer need to take full responsibility for the cost of item return, re-ship, lost or damage. If you can't confirm your address with
PayPal or want to ship to other address beside the billing address, we recommend you to choose other payment method.
- We will only ship out products after the payment is cleared from our bank. Remember, money deducts from your pocket doesn't mean we have already get your money. However, it would not take too long for us to clear the payment. Normal processing time is 24hrs to 72 hrs, depends on what type of payment method you use. It may take less or more time.

Return & Refund
Since all our products are sold as brand new, all damaged products are considered damage during transit. Please inspect and hand-fit all items by the time it arrive. Customer MUST contact us within 7 days after the date of package arrived via email for all claims of shipment damage, defects, missing parts, or dissatisfy. No claims will be accepted after 7 days, NO EXCEPTION.
If the product you received is not what you purchased or it function as intend due to manufacturer's defector whatsoever reason, we will gladly replace it at no charge. However, it is necessary that you can provide a photo to show us the problem before we issue a return label for you. And we must first receive the product, and examine the defective item before an exchange, or refund is processed.
When you received a damage or loss package, please email us immediately so that we can help you to solve the problem ASAP. Once we receive your email, we may file a damage/loss claim against the carrier. Replacement item will be shipped out after we receive the approval confirmation from the carrier. However, if the claim is denied, we will NOT be responsible for the lost package. For the damaged item, we will offer the buyer an exchange only. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fee.
All sale sales are final. We can only issue an exchange for the following reasons: Defected Item or wrong Item Shipped.
All returned item MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number issued by us before returning. RMA number must be clearly written down on the box/package. Item must be returned and arrived within 14 days after RMA number is issued. Packages unauthorized return will be refused.
Buyer is responsible for returning the item in its original condition (must have all original parts and packaging, never install). Otherwise, 20% restocking fees will be charged.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs under any circumstance. All shipping and handling fee will not be returned in any case.
