NOTICES & RESTRICTIONS:
1) All returns must be authorized by our Customer Support Department. Please contact us prior to sending anything back. Items without a return authorization number will be refused and returned back to sender.

2) All returning merchandise must be unopened and in its original packaging. Furthermore, the item must not show signs of use or contain scratches. Returning merchandise that has violated any of the above conditions will be rejected and sent back at the discretion of GT4Auto.

3) UPS shipping label will be emailed to customer upon approval from our Customer Support Department.

4) All returning merchandise requires a Return Authorization Number (RMA#), which is issued by our Customer Service Department. RMA# must be clearly written on the outside of the package.

5) Any returning merchandise without a RMA# will be rejected and a mandatory restocking fee (up to 20% of the purchasing price) will be applied. Please contact us prior to shipping anything back to us.

6) Please allow up to 3-4 business days for processing of your return and/or exchange.

7) GT4Auto Returns Department will test all returned merchandise and, if there is no defect, a mandatory restocking fee (up to 20% of the purchasing price) will be charged through your method of purchase.

8) If the returning item is lost or stolen while in transit, the replacement(s) will not be shipped before a claim approval.

9) The buyer will have 14 days to return the item once the return has been authorized with the RMA# issued. GT4Auto will automatically void any return authorization after the 14-day period.
