Domestic USA Shipping:
- FAST and FREE shipping to the Continental USA only
- Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are subject to an additional surcharge
- All shipments are sent through UPS
Shipments to Canada:
- Shipping to Canada is free
- Buyer is responsible for all additional charges (customs fees, import fees, additional taxes, etc).
IN THE CASE OF A REFUND, THE PART MUST BE RETURNED TO W&L AND INSPECTED BEFORE ANY REFUND IS PROVIDED.
Damaged packages are the responsibility of the shipper and must be reported at time of delivery. Once a package is in transit to its destination, W&L assumes no responsibility for damage incurred during transit. Please contact the UPS Customer Help and Support Center to resolve any damage issues.
Federal Warranty Information
W & L Incorporated Catalytic Converters, Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF), and Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) parts proudly meet EPA warranty requirements which has a 5 year or 50,000 mile warranty on the external shell and end-pipes.
Our parts also meet EPA emissions performance standards for 2 years or 25,000 miles when the vehicle is properly used and maintained.
Examples of conditions that will void the manufacturers warranty during the returned part physical inspection:
- Physical/Road damage
- Mis-Fueling
- Engine Misfire or evidence of a rich fuel/air mixture
- Exhaust Contamination (Coolant; Oil found in the Catalytic/DPF/SCR; Turbo failure evidence; Metals)
Frequently Asked Questions Do I need to return my old DPF or Catalytic? No, W&L does not require a core return. However, we have partnered with CatRebates to get you cash back for your old part. Directions on how to return your part will be included in your shipment. Will your part fit the same as my original part? Yes, W&L parts are direct replacements. Do you provide gaskets and clamps? Gaskets and clamps are not included with your purchase. However, W&L parts are designed to manufacturer fitment specifications. OEM gaskets and clamps are compatible and recommended for installation. I just placed an order, when will it ship? All W&L orders are processed same day, so it will be shipped the day you order. Orders after 5 PM EST will be packed and ready to be shipped in the morning the next business day. Are your parts new or are they remanufactured? All W&L Parts are NEW. We do not sell any re-manufactured or old parts. Do I also need to pay a core fee? W&L does not require a core return and will NOT collect a core fee. When will I receive my part? W&L uses UPS for all shipments, a tracking number will be provided once the ordered is fulfilled. Does W&L ship to Canada? Yes, W&L ships to Canada. All W&L shipping is free but Canadian residents are responsible for any import fees or taxes. Your site says free shipping. Is that on all orders? Yes, all W&L parts shipped within the continental US are shipped FREE. Does W&L charge any restocking or handling fees on returns? Yes, returns are subject to a 10% handling surcharge that will be deducted from the refund amount. After I installed my W&L DPF I still had a 'DPF ERROR' light, what is wrong? If you still have a DPF error code AND you have done a reset or teach in procedure, the issue may be your code reader. Generic code readers (NON OEM SPECIFIC) will only tell you what is not working, the DPF may be having a code but it could be due to another system not allowing it to work properly. All return shipment fees are the customers responsibility. Returns and Refunds are based off an examination of the part for any issues related to modification of the part and/or internal damage to the part that will not allow us to resell it.
ALL ISSUED REFUNDS WILL BE DEDUCTED A RESTOCKING FEE OF 10% OF THE PURCHASE PRICE.
Terms of all WL Sales
W&L Inc. Parts (hereafter, “Parts”) are to be used solely by the Purchaser and is not intended to be used for reselling and/or rebranding. Specifically, the Purchaser is acquiring the Parts for the Purchaser’s own use or to install for the use of its customer and not for resale and/or distribution thereof online, and has no present intention of distributing or reselling to others any of the Parts sold by W & L, Inc. The Purchaser specifically agrees that the Parts sold cannot be offered for resale, sold or otherwise transferred unless expressly authorized by W & L, Inc. in writing. Reselling or rebranded W&L Inc parts, sold without the exclusive written authorization of W&L, voids all W&L Warranties. W&L Inc. reserves the absolute right to not sell to unauthorized resellers and vendors. Additionally, Failure to comply with the above terms shall result in legal action taken against the Purchaser, including but not limited to W & L, Inc. seeking any and all measures of enforcement available under law and/or in equity.
