The tires on most of these cars are meant to come off relatively easily in order for anyone to customize how they like and for that reason the tires do not always roll freely or smoothly. ALL OF OUR CARS are sold as Display/Diorama Models ONLY and are NOT meant to be played with.
All of our items are inspected by 3 staff before shipment. As we ship and pack the items we always make sure there are no broken parts/problems with any of the vehicles. If there is a problem on arrival it is our policy that you MUST SENT A PICTURE clearly showing the issue(s), blurry pictures WILL NOT be taken in consideration.
NO SHIPPING REFUNDS will be given if ordered individually without using cart ( for questions please refer to our: TO ACTIVATE SAVINGS AND PROMOTIONS section.
