AGREEMENT:
Parts are looked up by the part number found on the part. We do our best to accurately describe and photograph each part. If you need further information or photos before purchase please message us. Parts wanted to be returned for failure to further inquire will not warrant a full return. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from return.
We provide as much information as we believe is needed. By making this purchase you agree not to hold the seller liable/responsible for any fitment issues. If you need more information about the item, please message us.
Buyer is responsible for confirming fitment PRIOR to purchasing.
RETURNS:
* All returns must be approved before items are sent back. Items can only be returned within 30 days from date of purchase, anything after 30 days will not be accepted back. Returned items must be returned unused and in same complete condition item was sent to you in. Items are not considered lost until fifteen (15) working days have passed. Items will only be refunded after the item has been returned to us. Faulty and damaged items must be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt, or no refund will be given.
* Do not buy electronic parts for testing purposes. In such case, we will not accept the return. Any electronics, radios, modules, computers will be tested when returned and double checked before we issue you a refund. Buyer must return the item in the same condition as it was received, not used, installed or altered in any way. We have our specific marking on our items and returns will not be accepted if marking is missing/altered/tampered with. Package tabs securely & we recommend purchasing shipping insurance. Some electronics items may need to be reprogrammed to function, an electronic item may not function without the proper programing.
* If buyer is returning item due to buyers remorse, changing mind, buying wrong part, item not fitting, fitment issues, or not wanting item, they are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
* Before opening a return, please message us with as much information about the problem and evidence of the problem (pictures/videos).
* If we can't solve the problem without return, we will ask you to ship it back to us for exchange or a full refund of your initial payment if we don't have same item in stock.
* Item must be returned in the packaging and condition received in order to get refund. No refund will be granted for the parts that were improperly installed or have been tampered with.
* Damage caused by improper installation will not be covered and reimbursed (make sure the item will be installed properly by specialist or mechanic).
* All engines, transmissions and differentials are shipped dry. Under no circumstance will damage due to lack of oil/fluid be warrantied. Must be installed by an ASE certified repair shop, failure to provide proof of this will void any warranty claim. We are not responsible for costs associated with installation.
* Gauge Clusters: Mileage is approximate if listed and not guaranteed accurate. Pixel condition is not included in ‘working’ description and may vary per cluster. Working description is that gauges (RPM, Speedometer, coolant temp, fuel level) are in working condition.
* Head/Tail Lights: Are sold as the part number given. Any other items attached to the headlight (ballast, bulbs, control units) should be considered free with purchase of the headlight and do not apply to the price of the part nor will be considered as item not described if non-functional.
SHIPPING:

* Please note, 's shipping time estimates are NOT accurate for items shipped via freight.
* Boxes that show up damaged should be marked damaged and notify us immediately.
* ABSOLUTELY NO refunds or exchanges will be given if bill of lading is signed without note of damage.
* Parts MUST be returned in their original condition. Parts that are returned incomplete, along with parts that have been modified, damaged or otherwise tampered with will NOT be exchanged/refunded.

* We reserve the right to end this item at any time, if it becomes unavailable.
- All parts are marked with stickers to help organize parts that are listed. They are put on parts after they are photographed.
- Some parts are duplicates and therefor the part you receive wont be the one listed however a duplicate. Parts will be in similar condition and same functionality.
* We try to update our available listings promptly, in the unlikely scenario of an item being purchased and is unavailable, a full refund will be issued as soon as possible.
* All engines purchased must be fitted with a new timing belt/cam belt/chain and filled with new oil upon installation. Failure to to do this procedure will result in the guarantee/warranty being void. We are selling only bare engines (unless otherwise stated). This means head, block and sump. Any ancillaries left on the engine e.g. water pump, cam belt, are given free of charge and are not covered by this guarantee.
* Most all of our parts are recycled/used. All of our parts are stored indoors and found to be in good working condition before they are listed for sale (unless stated otherwise).
* To receive a discount, buyers are obligated to purchase discounted items through the sales page, we will not make reimbursements to reflect the sales price after item is sold
* Parts damaged during freight shipment must be refused or have note of damage on the B.O.L signed upon receipt of shipment.
- We are unable to cancel an order after it has been paid for. Shipping is factored into our pricing.
