Shipping
- We ship from Mesa, AZ 85210 USA nationally and internationally to almost anywhere in the world (excluding French Polynesia, Libya, New Caledonia, Russia, Ukraine, and Venezuela).
- Free Standard Shipping (Fed Ex Ground) will usually ship within 3 days of receiving cleared payment.
- More complex product and/or product that requires customization (most control arms, some air struts, and larger fabricated assemblies) may take up to 30-45 days for completion. Chassis Tech will advise when this is the case, and we will do our best to meet your schedule requirements if possible.
Returns
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the products for store credit or a refund within 30 days of purchase. If for any reason you change your mind after receiving the order, we are happy to offer you a full refund if the product is unopened and has been returned to us within 30 days.
