This tool is designed for that quick repair that is sometimes needed at the track. The difference between ours and most others is that instead of having a wrench and ratchet to tighten to pull the rack plate straight, ours has one threaded half. This allows the user to only need one ratchet or even use a impact hammer to pull the plate straight from the \"top\" side, making the repair much easier (and freeing one hand). The products we sell are built by hard working Southern Americans and no Chinese work here or build parts for us.
