- Order by 12pm PST and your order will ship the SAME DAY!
- All of our items ship FREE! Most orders are shipped within 1 business day during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. All packages are shipped via UPS or USPS. A shipping notification and tracking number will be sent once your order is processed.
- We only ship to the Lower 48 states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO or PO Boxes. Please note that transit times do vary. Sorry, no local pick ups.
RETURNS
- If you need to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of your order for a full refund.
- All returns must be in the same condition it was delivered, new & unused, and in the original packaging. Also, each return must be sent with an accompanying Return Merchandise Authorization #, which you can easily receive by emailing our support. If a return does not have an identifiable RMA# on the return shipping label or included on paperwork inside the package, then the crediting process can take up to 4 to 6 weeks as we cannot easily identify the order number. All return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If an item is damaged during shipping, we may require photos to help expedite the return process. It may just be a matter of sending out a replacement part.
- Please contact us first for any returns (RMA#), exchanges, or refunds. If there was a mistake on our end, we will make it right! Customer satisfaction is our goal.
