The Florida location is our main location where all of our phone calls and emails are answered from. If there is a product out of stock in the Florida location it will be transferred from the closest location that does have it in stock and then it will be shipped (this is only for international shipments). All US orders will be shipped from the closest location to the buyer that has the product in stock.
All shipping rates are excluding insurance. Any shipping insurance must be requested by the buyer. The cost of the insurance will be added to your invoice.
All new returns have a 30 day money back guarantee for the cost of the item excluding shipping. Shipping for the returned item will be paid by the buyer.
