A deal was made and that inventory was sold online over the next few months as a sideline job. After seeing that success Forward was born. More excess inventories were hunted down and sold. We then saw more opportunities to bring more value to our customers through great partnerships we developed with those distributors. We branched out into specific parts people need to keep their machines going. We have now grown to a crew of 7 and continue to look for opportunities to bring value to our customers.We pride ourselves with creating the most accurate fitment possible. Many other companies just put up what they think the parts fit. We take the extra steps to investigate every part we put online. It takes longer which means we may not have as many parts listed, but if it says it will fit a specific machine, we are pretty darn sure it will fit. If it doesn\'t, we will be as surprised as you and will certainly give you a refund, AND fix our listing just as fast as we can. Our average delivery time from order to your door is currently less than 4 days. Orders places on Fridays after 12pm CST are shipped the following Monday. While we do not ship on holidays we do put in extra time to ensure all orders get out as fast as possible.
